Following your order, you will receive by email a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery of your items via our website in the "Order tracking" tab or by entering it directly via this link https://parcelsapp.com /Fr

Order validation times are 12 hours, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible so that we can modify or cancel your order before shipment.

Beyond this period, the cancellation of your order cannot be guaranteed.

We have a large assortment of products not stocked on our premises, when you order multiple items at once they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster.

You may receive one item before the other.

So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they're on their way :)

Delivery is FREE to all our customers in France and Belgium.
For the rest of the world, refer to the product sheet.

On average, on all of our orders, the delivery times observed are 10 days.

We work with mainly European and Asian manufacturers and craftsmen. This is why the delivery of your items takes place between 8 and 12 working days on average.

90% of our orders are delivered within 14 working days on average.

If you are not in Europe, allow 10 additional days before receiving your object.

You have 30 days to return an item to us for exchange and refund.
